Logo design in Perugia

A brand isn't a logo. It's how people know you when you're silent.

I create logos and complete brand identities for businesses and professionals. Visual identity, palette, typography and ready-to-use brand guidelines. From Perugia to all of Italy.

From € 800 · Logo + brand guidelines

// In short

I design logos and brand identities for businesses and professionals: a logo with all its variants, colour palette, typography and ready-to-use brand guidelines, with vector files included. The logo and essentials package starts at €800; the complete package takes 4–6 weeks on average.

A logo downloaded from Canva isn't a brand.

78% of people remember a brand through its visual consistency. If every time someone sees something of yours they wonder "is this the same company?", you have an identity problem — not a marketing one.

// WITHOUT A CONSISTENT BRAND IDENTITY
  • A different logo on Instagram, the website, the business card and the invoice
  • Fonts chosen by "what I like today" — tomorrow it'll be something else
  • Every new piece of material becomes a problem — "which colours? which font?"
  • A "home-made" look that signals a lack of professionalism, even to clients already convinced
// WITH A SOLID BRAND SYSTEM
  • Recognisable at a glance, on any channel, in any format
  • Every new piece is created in 10 minutes, not in two days of doubts
  • First meetings, presentations and proposals convey professionalism before you even speak
  • The brand grows with you: scalable to new products, markets and channels without starting from scratch

Logo design and brand identity in Perugia

Where are you starting from?

/ SCENARIO 01

I'm launching something new

You're opening a business, launching a brand or starting a professional project. Starting with a solid visual identity from day one costs ten times less than fixing it later. You don't need crystal-clear ideas — that's what the discovery process is for: I help you bring out the values you want to communicate and translate them into visual form.

/ SCENARIO 02

I have a brand but it hasn't aged well

A cousin made your logo in 2015, the colours don't work on dark backgrounds, and every time you send out material you feel a bit embarrassed. There's no need to overturn everything: a smart restyling keeps the recognition built over time while removing everything that doesn't hold up today.

/ SCENARIO 03

I have the logo but not the system

You have a logo you like but don't know which fonts to use, which colours to pair, how to resize it without it looking wrong. I build the system around the logo you have — full palette, consistent typography, usage rules — so you always know how to apply it correctly, you or anyone on your team.

/ SCENARIO 04

I need brand identity + website

The most requested package: brand identity and website developed together, with the same design eye. The advantage is huge — the website isn't an add-on that "tries to look like" the brand, it is the brand. Colours, fonts, proportions and visual tone are born as a single system. More efficient, more consistent and cheaper than commissioning them separately.

What a brand identity project includes

Not just the logo. The whole visual system.

A logo on its own doesn't do much. What matters is the system around it — the one that lets anyone use it correctly.

Logo mark + wordmark

Symbol and name work together and separately. Horizontal, vertical and icon-only versions. It works big on a billboard and small as a favicon. Tested on light, dark and coloured backgrounds before delivery.

Complete colour palette

Primary, secondary and accent colours, neutrals and light/dark variants. Every colour with HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone codes for digital and print. Tested for accessibility (WCAG AA minimum).

Typographic system

At least two font families: one for headings (character, personality), one for body text (legibility). Defined type scales for H1→H6 headings, body, captions and labels. Google Fonts or fonts with a commercial licence included.

Brand guidelines PDF

Your brand's user manual: how to apply the logo, which colour combinations to use, minimum spacing, what never to do. A document you give to designers, agencies and collaborators so everyone speaks with the same visual voice.

Files ready for every use

Vector SVG (infinitely scalable), high-resolution transparent PNG, print-ready PDF. Every logo variant in every format. No more "do you have the logo in high quality?" — you have everything, forever.

Application mockups

The brand applied to real contexts: business card, email header, social profile, favicon, LinkedIn cover. Not just the logo on a white background — you see it as you'll use it, to know whether it really works.

Guaranteed colour accessibility

Every colour combination is tested for sufficient contrast between text and background (WCAG 2.1 AA). Your brand isn't only for people with perfect sight — it's designed to work for everyone.

Consistent icon kit (optional)

A set of icons stylistically aligned with the visual identity — equal stroke weight, consistent corner radius, coherent style. Usable on the website, app, presentations and communication materials. An extra deliverable in the full Brand packages.

Full intellectual property

On final payment, all rights to the logo and graphic material created are yours. No retained copyright, no future royalties, no usage restrictions. The brand is yours — as it should be.

What you get with every brand.

How I create a logo and brand identity

How a visual identity that lasts is born.

BRAND DISCOVERY · 2–3 days

Understand who you are before drawing

A detailed questionnaire, then a call. We explore values, target audience, competitors, expectations and — above all — the personality you want to convey. I work with moodboards and visual references to align on taste before starting. This step saves weeks of revisions.

CONCEPT · 3–5 days

2–3 creative directions to explore

I present two or three distinct visual concepts — not variants of the same logo, but genuinely different directions. Each concept has a logo, a base palette and a contextual mockup. You choose the direction that resonates most, or steer towards a mix. Revisions included.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT · 3–7 days

From concept to complete system

Starting from the chosen concept I build the entire system: logo variants, full palette, typography, graphic patterns, basic icons. Everything is tested on real mockups (business card, social, website) to make sure the system holds in every context.

DELIVERY · 1–2 days

Files, guidelines and handover

Delivery of all files in every format (SVG, PNG, PDF, AI on request), brand guidelines in PDF and an organised, ready-to-use folder. A short handover call to explain how to apply the system. Done — the brand is yours.

Logo design examples

Brand design FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

The logo is the signature — the graphic symbol that identifies the brand. The brand identity is the complete system: logo, colours, fonts, patterns, usage rules, visual tone. A logo alone is like having only a book's cover — you need everything else to make communication work consistently across website, social, print, packaging and presentations. A logo without a system always leads to the same question: "which colour do I use here? which font?"

The packages include 2–3 structured rounds of revisions. The initial brand discovery process exists precisely to minimise surprises: the better I understand your taste and values before starting, the less there is to correct later. If no concept convinces you in the first round, we stop to understand what didn't work before going on — I don't proceed at random. In 10 years of brand projects this has never happened to me: discovery almost always prevents misalignment.

Yes. I deliver the logo in SVG (vector, infinitely scalable with no quality loss), high-resolution transparent PNG (for digital and print) and vector PDF (for printers and professional print). If your agency or printer needs the AI (Illustrator) file, I can provide it on request. Colours come in HEX/RGB for digital, CMYK for offset print and with Pantone references for special prints.

Absolutely. Starting from an existing logo and building the system around it is one of the most requested services. In this case we skip the logo concept phase and go straight to analysing the existing logo (with technical optimisation if needed), building a consistent colour palette, choosing typography and writing the guidelines. The budget is lower than the full package. All you need is the original logo file — ideally in vector format.

Yes, and it's almost always better than doing them separately. When brand identity and website are born together with the same design vision, the result has a consistency that's impossible to achieve otherwise. The website doesn't try to "look like" the brand — it is the brand. Colours, fonts, proportions, graphic style and visual tone are born as a single system. I offer a bundle discount for this kind of integrated project compared with the two services priced separately. Timing: on average 4–6 weeks for the full package.

Yes, completely. On final payment I transfer all economic rights to the graphic material created. You can register the trademark, sell it, modify it, use it on any channel — with no restrictions and no future royalties. The only thing I reserve is the right to show it in my portfolio (with an NDA on the name if you prefer). This is clearly written in the contract we sign before starting.

Logo design and brand identity in Umbria and across Italy

From Perugia, visual identities without borders.

I'm based in Perugia but design brand identities for businesses and professionals across Umbria: Perugia, Terni, Foligno, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio, Città di Castello, Umbertide, Orvieto, Narni, Amelia, Bastia Umbra, Corciano, Marsciano, Deruta, Castiglione del Lago, Norcia and every other town in the region.

90% of the work happens remotely — which means I work with clients all over Italy with no geographical limits. Design is visual and conceptual work: it's shared on screen, discussed on calls and delivered digitally. Distance changes nothing about the quality of the result.
