Whatever your starting point, there's a path.

You don't need everything figured out before writing. Every project starts from a different situation — here are the three most common.

/ 01

I have an idea but don't know where to start

A perfect starting point. In the first call we explore goals, audience, competitors and budget together. We'll come out with clearer ideas than we went in with — and a concrete plan for the next steps. You don't need a written brief: I'll ask the right questions.

/ 02

I already have a site, but it doesn't work as I'd like

Slow, old, hard to update or simply ugly: all good reasons to start over or make a targeted intervention. I can run a free audit during the call and tell you honestly whether it's worth starting from scratch or whether a few strategic changes are enough to get better results.

/ 03

I know exactly what I want, I need someone to build it

Even better. If you already have a brief, a wireframe or just a document with your ideas, send it along with your message. I'll be able to prepare a more precise proposal and the first call will be more hands-on. Those who arrive with clear ideas get a more accurate quote and a faster start.

The answers you're really looking for.

Eight questions, eight straight answers on how I work, how payment works and what to expect. Everything else, in person.

The call is free, lasts about 30 minutes and is completely informal. You can tell me about the project even if it's still a fuzzy idea — the goal isn't to sell you anything but to understand whether I can really help. We talk about goals, timing and a rough budget. If the fit is right, I send you a detailed proposal within a few days. If we're not aligned, I tell you right away and, if I can, suggest someone better suited.

I usually reply within 24 hours, often the same day. If you write on a Friday evening, expect a reply by Monday. I don't use auto-responders: I read and answer every message personally. If the project is urgent, say so in the form — I try to give you priority when I can. For very detailed requests, it may take a few more hours to prepare a useful, non-generic reply.

Absolutely. The proposal is always free and with no strings attached. You can read it, compare it with other offers, sleep on it and then say no — no problem and no pressure. I don't use artificial deadlines or persuasion tactics. If the quote doesn't convince you, I'm happy to explain every item and, if possible, find a solution better suited to your budget without sacrificing essential quality.

You don't need everything ready — the discovery phase exists precisely to clarify what's missing. It helps to have an idea of the main goal, your audience and a rough budget. Texts, images and logos don't need to be ready right away: we plan content gathering together. Those with clearer ideas get a more precise quote and a faster start — but it's not a requirement to write.

Payment is structured in stages, never as a single upfront sum. Usually: a deposit on signing (about 30%), an intermediate payment halfway through and the balance on approved final delivery. I accept bank transfer. For one-off consulting or short projects the terms may vary. Everything is written in the proposal you receive before starting — no surprises and no items appearing once the work is done.

Yes. Every collaboration starts from a written proposal detailing project scope, deliverables, timing, costs and conditions. For more structured projects I use a proper contract. Working transparently protects both of us: you know exactly what to expect, I know exactly what to deliver. If you have doubts about any clause, ask me — I'm happy to explain every point and adapt the document where it makes sense.

Yes, and it's normal for a project to evolve as it takes shape. During development we set checkpoints where you see the work in progress and can give free feedback. Revisions within the agreed scope are included in the price. Changes that significantly expand the scope are assessed separately — I always tell you in advance, with a clear estimate and before proceeding. The goal is for you to be happy with the result, not for me to finish fast.

I prefer to communicate asynchronously and efficiently: timely updates by email or chat, with links to the work in progress you can see in real time. No pointless meetings. At each major milestone we hold a short review call. You can write to me at any time with doubts or new ideas: I always reply within the working day. Clear communication is an integral part of the service — not an optional extra.
